Principle of microswitch
Microswitch is a kind of switch with small contact spacing and quick action mechanism, which uses the specified stroke and specified force to switch. It is covered with a shell and has a driving rod outside.
The external mechanical force acts on the action reed through the transmission elements (press pin, button, lever, roller, etc.). When the action reed moves to the critical point, it will produce instantaneous action, so that the moving contact at the end of the action reed can be quickly connected or disconnected with the fixed contact.
When the force on the transmission element is removed, the action reed generates a reverse action force. When the reverse stroke of the transmission element reaches the action critical point of the reed, the reverse action is completed instantaneously. The microswitch has small contact spacing, short action stroke, small pressing power and rapid on-off. The action speed of the moving contact has nothing to do with the action speed of the transmission element.
Microswitch type selection and adaptation
There are many kinds of micro switches, with hundreds of internal structures. According to volume integration, there are ordinary, small and ultra small ones; According to the protection performance, there are waterproof, dustproof and explosion-proof types; According to the breaking form, there are single connection type, double connection type and multi connection type. At present, there is also a strong disconnect microswitch (when the reed of the switch does not work, external force can also disconnect the switch); According to breaking capacity, there are ordinary type, DC type, micro current type and large current type.
According to the use environment, there are ordinary type, high temperature resistant type (250 ℃), ultra high temperature resistant ceramic type (400 ℃). Microswitches are generally of the basic type without auxiliary pressing accessories, and derive small line programs and large line programs. Different auxiliary pressing accessories can be added as required. According to the different pressing accessories, the switches can be divided into button type, reed roller type, lever roller type, short boom type, long boom type and other forms.
Microswitch wiring method
Speaking of the wiring method of the microswitch, it is actually very simple. Generally, the microswitch has three points, one is the common point, one is the normally open point, and the other is the closed point. The common point is like the zero line in the socket. The normally open point is the point that opens the switch to make the current flow, and the closed point is of course the contact that disconnects the current. Just connect the corresponding points to the corresponding positions. Although the wiring method of microswitch seems very simple, it is still necessary to make relevant preparations.
